The International MYOPAIN Society [IMS] is a nonprofit health professionals organization dedicated to the promotion of information about soft-tissue pain disorders like myofascial pain syndrome and fibromyalgia syndrome.
It accomplishes this goal by supporting international MYOPAIN meetings, by encouraging scientific study, by facilitating interdisciplinary interaction between interested professional colleagues, by developing expert consensus opinion on related topics, and by its support of educational mini fellowships in clinical medicine and in research.
